After a hardcore semester (yeah, the reason I wasn’t able to update this), I went home to Laguna last weekend to have a little vacation before the start of summer classes. I just kept on eating and sleeping there. I also tried surfing the net with crappy internet connection. And I had my Star Wars marathon. Yeah!
Then I saw my NES.

My NES was one of the less fortunate victims of the Ondoy freak show. It’s just like my whole childhood was swept away. Actually, we weren’t able to enjoy it that much. It’s because first, we only have two games: Super Mario Bros. and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Also, we got our Super 700 in 1 Family Computer. Ultimately, we just can’t make it work. Maybe it only worked around 5-10 % of the time.
With this being a third generation gaming console (wala pa nung Wii, wala pa nung PS3), losing things like this is heartbreaking (just a little). This wasn’t even released in Asia! (It was released as Family Computer, according to Wikipedia.)
Oh well. Looks like it’s game over for my Nessie.
Wow. I should post my SNES sometime in my blog as well
Meron lang Betamax!
Haha. LOL
